I would suggest tying a pair of bricks to your ankles. We wouldn't want you to lose sleep over cheating.
I was going to suggest a fat suit. I find that effectively reduced my constant feeling of 'cheating' when I run.
Fat suit... Working towards it w/ all the steak and ramen I eat. :)
